I Inspect It Once, And Inspect It Right

Quality Las Vegas area Property Inspection with your family in mind.

My Promise to You

A and S Property Inspection, Las Vegas

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.

One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort.

If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.

Do I Really Need My Garage Inspected?

  • The garage is the best place to inspect the foundation, as it is mostly well covered with carpet and tile elsewhere.
  • The water heater is often located here, and needs to be inspected.
  • Most fires begin in the garage and the wall and door to the house must be fire-rated.
  • The door to the garage must be automatic-closing with a latch.
  • Garage anti-suicide vents must be inspected.
  • Safety reverses on automatic garage doors must be looked.

Contracts

Before I can enter a property, I must have a signed contract.

There is a separate contract which applies to any pool or spa inspection. Print and sign this contract only if it is applicable.

In addition, the document, Nevada State Standards of Practice, lays out certain standards of conduct to which I must adhere. Please read this document.
